How to Reduce Cortisol (the Stress Hormone) Naturally

You saw in our last post that cortisol, the stress hormone, can be the cause of hair loss. It also causes premature wrinkles, aches and pains, infections, insomnia, and many more ailments.

  1. Give up caffeine
  2. Sleep deeper and longer

  7. Meditate or listen to soothing music
